滾圈在回轉窯筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)上的固(gu)定方(fang)式(shi)(shi),(1)松套(tao)式(shi)(shi)滾(gun)圈(quan)內(nei)徑與墊(dian)板外徑留有間(jian)隙(xi)。合(he)理選擇間(jian)隙(xi)的大小既(ji)可控制(zhi)熱(re)應力,又可充分利用(yong)(yong)滾(gun)圈(quan)的剛(gang)性使之對回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)其加固(gu)作用(yong)(yong)。兩側以擋(dang)板或擋(dang)圈(quan)限制(zhi)對回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的軸向竄動;(2)鉚(liu)固(gu)式(shi)(shi)能充分發(fa)揮滾(gun)圈(quan)對筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的加固(gu)作用(yong)(yong),但鉚(liu)接(jie)限制(zhi)了回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的熱(re)膨脹,會使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)及滾(gun)圈(quan)內(nei)產生很大的熱(re)應力,使鉚(liu)釘(ding)松動甚至間(jian)斷(duan)。筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)表面不(bu)(bu)平,砌磚不(bu)(bu)便,而且(qie)僅適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于箱形滾(gun)圈(quan)。舊式(shi)(shi)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯上曾用(yong)(yong),現已(yi)不(bu)(bu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)。
